How does it work?
Initial Consultation
Once we have agreed that hypnotherapy could support your goal, we will arrange an Initial Consultation. This takes place in my studio or online and takes around 90 mins, we talk in detail about what you aim to achieve through hypnotherapy. I ask lots of questions and get to know you and you get to ask me any questions you have. If we agree to proceed I will then talk to you about a potential plan.

Hypnotherapy sessions
These are tailored sessions, varying in number for each individual need, where you will experience hypnosis to support you to make the change. These take place face to face in my studio or online. These sessions work best weekly but we can discuss your needs and availability.

Please note - for online sessions you need to be in a quiet, safe, environment where you will be undisturbed. We will discuss the other requirements during your initial consultation if online is your preference.

Additional Support
There are often additional supporting options or information, which will be discussed in detail during your initial consultation but could include an additional recording to support you during the week or completing a food or mood diary to bring to a session.
